Observation

WAC 110-300-0260 (1)(a) At the time of the site visit there was shampoo and conditioner in lower part of the shower accessible to children. The upper cabinet in the bathroom by the two bedrooms has a cabinet above the sink with the lower area being open and two cabinet doors above it with a large jar of caster oil on the lower part of the shelf and a couple other items that were not labeled. There are some other cosmetic type items in the upper cabinet that can be accessible to children if they stand on the toilet.
